Air Kelantan Sdn. Bhd. is a state-owned water utility responsible for providing safe and sustainable water to communities across Kelantan. The Teluk Mesira plant was developed to improve groundwater quality and deliver potable water to rural areas.
Project Overview
A compact brackish water treatment facility was commissioned to serve local communities, integrating NR Cavitation and Electro-Ion Remover (EIR) systems for groundwater purification and mineral balance improvement.

Groundwater sources exhibited high levels of iron, manganese, ammonia, and turbidity, exceeding potable water standards.
(Scope)
Design and integration of NR Cavitation system for aeration and oxidation, followed by EIR modules for final desalination and ion removal.
